Grow Grid Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Grow Grid website (the "Site") operated by GG Edtech LLP, an entity registered under Section 12(1) of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act, 2008, having its corporate office at GL/70, V.S.S NAGAR, P.O RASULGARH, P.S SAHID NAGAR, BHUBANESWAR, DISTRICT KHORDA, ODISHA- 751010. LLP Identification Number: ACO-2514.

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • Users under 18 must use the platform under parental or guardian supervision.
  • If you are using the Site on behalf of an entity, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
  • Registration may be required to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of these Terms.

2. Courses and Payment

  • Course details and pricing are available on our Site.
  • Payments must be made using valid payment methods. You certify that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • Important: We maintain a strict no-refund policy due to limited slot availability.

3. Payment Processing

  • Payments may be handled by third-party electronic payment processors ("EPPs").
  • Grow Grid disclaims liability for failed or declined transactions, unauthorized charges, or any technical issues with EPPs.
  • Grow Grid does not offer banking or financial services.

4. Pricing Changes

  • We reserve the right to change course pricing and billing terms without prior notice.
  • All applicable charges and taxes are payable immediately upon notification of updated pricing.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site is the exclusive property of Grow Grid and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal, educational, and non-commercial use only.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to comply with applicable laws. Continued use of the Site signifies consent to any changes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Site.
  • Use the Site for spamming, unauthorized advertising, or malicious activity.
  • Access the Site in a manner that damages, disables, or interferes with our systems.

8. Third-Party Content and Links

  • The Site may include third-party links. Grow Grid is not responsible for their content or availability.
  • Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of third-party websites before using them.

9. Notifications

  • You consent to receiving communications from Grow Grid via email, SMS, or other digital channels.
  • You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date.

12. No Warranties

  • Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
  • Grow Grid makes no guarantees regarding the completeness or accuracy of any content.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • GG Edtech LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify GG Edtech LLP against any losses, damages, claims, or legal fees arising out of:

  • Content submitted through your account
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Infringement of third-party rights

15. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

16. International Use

Grow Grid operates from India and does not guarantee the availability of its Site outside of India. Use from other locations is at your own risk.

17. General Provisions

  • Failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of any rights.
  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between GG Edtech LLP and the User.

18. Force Majeure

GG Edtech LLP is not liable for service delays or interruptions due to events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.

19. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Important Notice: Non-Refundable Registration Fee

We would like to inform you that the Registration Fee (Pre-Registration Fee) is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

This fee is collected to cover the administrative, processing, and resource allocation costs associated with your registration and initial onboarding. Once paid, it secures your seat and initiates backend processes, including documentation, system allocation, and scheduling—resources that are committed on your behalf.

By proceeding with the payment, you acknowledge and accept this non-refundable policy.

REFUND PROCESS

For a refund request, the User may submit a request on the Grow Grid mail which is support@growgrid.co.in, and a Company representative will contact the User at the registered phone number given by the User on the Platform. The Refund request shall be entertained and processed if the Company has failed to provide the course availed for by the User within 30 days of course starting date. In no other circumstance, the Company shall process a refund request. The Company stands to be at the sole discretion to refund to the User and all the refunds shall be processed after such statutory deductions.

How Your Refund is Returned:

  1. If your payment came from your card, it will be refunded to that card. Depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 30 days to complete a refund.
  2. If your payment came from your bank account, it will be refunded to that bank account.
  3. If your payment came from some other source (instamojo, phonepe, google pay etc) it will be refunded back to the same source.
  4. Please note no cash refunds are made under any circumstances.

Change of Course

  1. GROW GRID permits a one-time course change to an alternative program, subject to the following guidelines and conditions. This option is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring academic continuity and maintaining the quality of the learning experience. Participants must adhere to the outlined criteria and complete the necessary formalities to initiate the course change process.
  2. GROW GRID is notified in writing at least 1 week before the commencement of the original course.
  3. The alternative course has seats available and will be finished within 1 month of the original course finish date.
  4. If switching to a course of a higher value, students are required to pay the amount difference.
  5. In cases where a participant opts to switch to a course of lesser value, GROW GRID will not be responsible for refunding the difference in course fees. Additionally, a non-refundable processing fee of ₹800 must be paid within 3 days of approval of the course change request. Failure to complete the payment within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of the request, and no further requests for course changes will be considered.
  6. Course change is allowed only once during the program.

Process for Change of Course

  1. Contact GROW GRID at support mail-id with your course change request.
  2. Once approved, fill up the "Course Change Form" and submit it within 3 business days.
  3. Pay the processing fees + difference in course costs (if applicable) and submit the receipt to support mail id
  4. In 5-7 business days, you will get a confirmation for the course change request.

RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling by GROW GRID are governed by the following guidelines:

  1. If a course doesn't begin within 30 business days of published commencement date, a student is entitled to either a full refund or can choose to join a different batch/course.
  2. GROW GRID will make all possible efforts to conduct a course. However, in the event of a course being rescheduled due to unforeseen delays on our end, GROW GRID is only responsible for the cost of the course. Any travel, logistics or personal expenses incurred due to this program won't be refunded.

Rescheduling request by customer are governed by the following guidelines:

  1. The reschedule request has to be made at least 10 business days before the commencement of the course.
  2. The rescheduled date should be within 90 days of the initial commencement date.
  3. Rescheduling will not allow the customer to change their course.
  4. The reschedule is subject to availability of seats.
  5. A rescheduling fee of Rs. 800/- must be paid within 5 business days from the date of approval.

Process for Rescheduling of Course:

  1. Contact GROW GRID at support@growgrid.co.in with your course rescheduling request.
  2. Once approved, fill up the "Reschedule Course Form" and submit it within 3 business days.
  3. Pay the processing fees + difference in course costs (if applicable) and submit the receipt to support@growgrid.co.in. In 5-7 business days you will get a confirmation for the course reschedule request.
  4. If a rescheduled course is of a higher value, students are required to pay the amount difference.
  5. However, if switching to a course of a lower value, GROW GRID is not liable to pay the amount difference. A processing fee of Rs. 800 needs to be paid within 3 days after GROW GRID accepts reschedule request, failing which reschedule request will be cancelled and no further request will be entertained.

CANCELLATION

GROW GRID reserves the right to cancel any session or change the location of the session for reasons such as Instructor unavailability, insufficient participants or force majeure events such as earthquakes, fire, flood, riots, curfew, bandh, protest, strike, civil unrest etc.
